KINGSTON AIRFIELD
DURING WW2

Kingston Airfield was used by the RAAF as a Satellite field for Archerfield airfield during WW2. It was located at 27.39 Lat and 153.06 Long. The airfield was under RAAF control during WW2. It was sometimes referred to as Woodridge Airfield.

It was a Type B-1 airfield which meant there was one runway greater than 800 yards long.
