Bagot Anti-aircraft Searchlight Battery was located in a flat cleared area which had some skinny trees and scub located at the rear of the clearing. At one time there were three old tents pitched beside each other. Behibnd the tents there was a substantial corrugated iron hut with open doors and windows.
The HQ Camp for the Anti-aircraft Searchlight Batteries in Darwin was located at McMillan.
54 AASL Coy manned the Bagot Searchlight Battery.
