CRASH OF A BEAUFORT BOMBER
AT TOCUMWAL, NSW
IN JANUARY 1944

RAAF Beaufort A9-141 ground looped on take off at Tocumwal in New South Wales in about January 1944. It was converted to components after the crash. It had been delivered to the RAAF in October  1942.

This Beaufort is now being restored to flying condition by Ralph Cusack in Brisbane.

 

Can anyone help me with more information on this crash?
