Mr Dunn,
Found your website through the DPS Group in Perth, my sincere compliments.
My father Milton Kenneth Simpson, Flight Sergeant 406880 was the pilot on this flight and I have obtained copies of the enquiry regarding the event from the archives in Canberra.
I do not have the papers at the moment as I have lent them to my Aunt, Ken's sister ,to read but can get them shortly.
