On 31 July 1945, RAAF Mosquito A52-502 swerved on taking off from Amberley airfield and hit a truck which was standing about 40 feet from the edge of the strip. Mr. J. M. Walsh, a civilian, died from shock and multiple injuries. Another civilian, Mr. E. Jensen was admitted to the Ipswich District Hospital with minor injuries.

Can anyone help me with more information on this crash?
