Bristol Beaufort

RAAF Mark VI Bristol Beaufort, A9-77, ground looped at Bairnsdale airfield on 27 August 1942 after the undercarriage collapsed when landing. The pilot, Sgt. E. Stuart, was uninjured.

This aircraft was delivered to the RAAF in July 1942. It was authoried for writeoff in May 1946 and was eventually struck off charge in August 1949.
